Aleesha young has solidly established herself in the professional world of bodybuilding as one of the top women. Aleesha, born in 1984, is from an athletic family. Her father competed in bodybuilding, while her siblings were involved in sports such as hockey and ice. Aleesha has played sports in the past including basketball, soccer and softball. Her professional card was issued after she won NPC USA Championships. But she started competing in 2008. In 2014, she participated at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro where she was ranked 9th. In 2015, she remained her 9th-place finish. Aleesha was 6th place in both 2015 and 2016 during the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha started to get better and was able to achieve her first professional win in the form of winning Chicago Pro Championships. The best bodybuilder's performance at WOS Rising Phoenix. WOS Rising Phoenix came in 2020 when she held the 4th place. However, the "World's toughest mother" needed to stop her training because of her health.
